Right of withdrawal for consumers

(Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

Important note in advance

Our products are not prefabricated , but produced especially for you using the print-on-demand process – i.e. they are only individually manufactured after we receive your order .
Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal is generally excluded for such products (see below: "Reasons for exclusion").

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day:

  • on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered as a single item;
  • on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last good, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
  • on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ( love.offcourt@gmail.com ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement via email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method as you used for your original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Grounds for exclusion or expiration

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer ;

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery;
  • for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
