Then contact us – preferably with your order number – via our contact form or by email love.offcourt@gmail.com . We'll address your concerns quickly and easily.

Please note: We are a small start-up with a focus on sustainability. Our products are not pre-produced , but made to order especially for you – this helps us conserve resources and avoid overproduction, because for us, sustainability begins not with shipping, but with the design process.

Therefore:

· There is no statutory right of withdrawal according to § 312g paragraph 2 no. 1 BGB , since our products made to order .

· If you don't like the product or the size is wrong, there is no legal right to return or exchange. Should you decide to contact us anyway, we will do our best to find an accommodating solution – however, we cannot guarantee this.

· An exchange is only possible in the case of proven quality defects or manufacturing errors.

· Wrong size or changed taste? These aren't legal reasons for return – but if you contact us, we might be able to find a solution in a fair way. However, that's not guaranteed.

Size tip for prevention

To avoid unnecessary returns, please simply measure a well-fitting T-shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie flat and compare the measurements to our size chart in the product description.

This way you are sure to find the right fit. 

Complaint about defective items

You can of course complain about items with printing errors, production defects, or transport damage.

Simply send us photos of the problem within 14 days of receipt.

In this case, we will of course cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
